These resource collections have been updated for 2026 and will be relevant this term:
Rākau | Trees in our Learning Spaces
Matariki, Environment and Wellbeing
New Teaching Resources
Waha civics education resources, produced by YouthLaw in collaboration with rangatahi. In the lead up to this year's general election, explore the resources available and get in touch with the team if you would like to order hard copies of the activity sets. For those attending our national conference in October, you will get to try out the resources and hear more about how they were created!
Learn about and advocate for our native birds with these recently produced online toolkits:
Marine Mammal Card Game from Project Jonah
EARTHCARE Board Game available for purchase from Keep New Zealand Beautiful. Teacher resources to support Aotearoa educators will also be available soon.
Reducing emissions in schools and kura - not a new resource, but a reminder that schools can still request a copy of their carbon footprint from the MoE.
Kiwi Conservation Club Activities. If you have previously used the wonderful resources produced by the team at KCC, just a heads up that these are now hosted on Forest and Bird’s Sharepoint, rather than a separate website. If you have tried to access KCC activities using the old links, visit the link above instead and scroll down to browse the categories.
