Wellbeing | Hauora activities Whenua Iti Outdoors
Connecting with nature is one of the ways we can improve our hauora.

As a collaborative project with tauira (students) from the Manaaki Tāpoi programme, the team at Whenua Iti Outdoors have created a series of simple activities and videos to share that are designed to provide a wellbeing boost for rangatahi.

These have been designed for rangatahi and follow known wellbeing frameworks used in education settings - the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and Te Whare Tapa Whā.
