Join us for a discussion about uplifting student voice and vision, including Mātaitipu | Young People's Vision for Young People from Te Mātaiaho and the importance of children's rights and authentic action within climate change education. Teacher Angie Rayner will share examples of her school's cross-curricular inquiry approach, which is centred around values and focused on empowering ākonga to follow their interests and take positive action to address climate change in the local community and beyond. We will also share links to education resources to help support effective teaching and learning.
