Our national conference will take place in person from 5 to 7 October.
We're excited to host you at Motu Moana Camp, in Blockhouse Bay, Tāmaki Makaurau. We have limited spaces available and encourage you to register early using the form linked below.

Conference Registration includes:
- Daytime attendance 5 - 7 October: Mon 12:30 - 5pm, Tues 9am - 5pm and Wed 9am - 12pm
- Delicious kai and drinks: lunch and morning/afternoon teas
Optional extras include:
- Conference dinner on Tuesday evening
- Accommodation onsite for Monday and Tuesday nights, with breakfast included
Note: accommodation options include single beds (BYO bedding) or bring your own tent for camping on site. Read more about the venue and options here.
Registration Information
NZAEE members receive a discounted rate of $220 and early access to registration. If you're not sure whether you're currently a member, please check the status of your membership before you complete the registration form, by emailing sarah@nzaee.org.nz
Standard (non-member) registration is $320. Annual NZAEE membership starts at $60. If you wish to become a member and receive the discounted rate, please complete the membership sign up process before you register for the conference, by visiting our Membership Page here.
A discounted rate is available for tertiary students, or you can apply for support with registration costs by emailing sarah@nzaee.org.nz
