Kia kotahi, tapatahi tātou. Let us all unite together side by side.
The New Zealand Association for Environmental Education (NZAEE) aims to represent a vibrant and connected sector to ensure that environmental education for sustainability is part of every New Zealander’s experience in order to build relationships between people and their environment. We want everyone in Aotearoa to be able to make sustainable lifestyle decisions that result in healthier ecosystems and a healthier planet.
Message from National Executive of NZAEE
Kia ora koutou – 2021 is off to a great start and it is encouraging to see the great mahi in environmental education continuing across Aotearoa. The National Executive continues to work on the strategic plan to re-invigorate our Association. In late 2020 we ran a short survey to get contributions from our members to help this mahi. We will continue to consult with members so that your voice can be part of this process. We welcome your comments, feedback and ideas so that we can ensure that our Association has a clear vision and purpose, enabling us to continue our work into the future.
The National Executive of NZAEE meets regularly to work on how we can support our members and support environmental education across Aotearoa.
Stay up to date with a summary from our latest meetings.
